The present general terms and conditions are only binding in terms of the relationship between you as User of the services of the website, and R&D Services Ltd. Through the access to the homepage of the website, you agree to be bound by the present general terms and conditions and all subsequent amendments thereto, and you undertake to comply with them. If you do not agree with all general terms and conditions below, please do not use the website of R&D Services Ltd. The users obtain the right to use the services of the website, hereinafter referred to as “site”, only for personal/non-commercial purposes.

R&D Services Ltd preserves its right to provide access to certain services against compulsory registration. The services are:

• Access to the database of researchers of R&D Services Ltd.

In the settings of the user profile, the users undertake to provide true, authentic and correct information, in compliance with the requirements of the present General terms and conditions.

R&D Services Ltd preserves its right to judge whether to provide a profile /account/ to the user, to eliminate or restrict user profiles which at its discretion are considered unacceptable, as well as in case there are reasonable doubts for violation of the present General terms and conditions.

CHANGES

R&D Services Ltd preserves its right to make changes to the present General terms and conditions at any time, posting such changes on its site within reasonable time, together with a respective notice about the changes made to the General terms and conditions.

For any issues not settled in the present General terms and conditions, the effective Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
